Green Street Realty was founded in January of 2009, not by design, but more by default. There was a void in the real estate brokerage community to service investor-minded agents, and agents who want to run real estate like a business and not just as a sales person.

In its short existence, Green Street Realty has grown to over 50 Arizona Real Estate licensees, and our team is proud to be included in the top 30 brokerages in Maricopa County, in just its second year of business. Green Street Realty’s founder, Derek Jarr, is a wildly successful Arizona Real Estate investor, and the team which surrounds him has been actively engaging in various aspects of real estate for more than 30 years.

The company was founded by a group of residential real estate investors, whose focus is to think ahead of the market. By preparing systems for the next turn in the market, whether up or down, Green Street Realty affords its team members the opportunity to leverage specialists (in their respective real estate field) to maximize their own personal potential.
