Inside Sales Listing Team: (Salary plus bonus/commissions potential $50K-$70K+/year). 

Our Listing Team is responsible for working with our company seller leads, driven through our various marketing engines, to obtain real estate listings. You will educate homeowners regarding various options, including short sales, government and state incentive programs, tax, credit, bankruptcy issues, and the auction process.

Candidates should possess a high level of phone, email, and writing skills to communicate proficiently with our potential seller clients. Follow up and strong closing skills along with a hunger for results are also a must for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have an active AZ Real Estate license
MUST have a laptop computer
MUST work in the office 20 hrs a week
MUST have experience working short sales
MUST be computer literate and computer proficient with web based software applications.

Co-Listing Agent: (Potential of $40K-$50K+/year) 

Assist the company's agents listing their properties on the MLS and take the lead on the listing. You will be the first contact on the listing. You will be responsible for fielding phone calls, communicating with the seller during the sales process and assisting in the preparation for close of escrow. Various compensation options are available depending on experience. You will be a member of the company services team and some office hours are required. Co-Listing Agents have the option of working both your personal and the company listings.

Short Sale Negotiator: (Potential of $50K-$60K+/year) 

We are looking for an ambitious, detail oriented, and well organized individual to process / negotiate short sales.  Experience with short sale negotiations is necessary and you must have your real estate license. Not only is it necessary for you to have your own computer, it is important that you are computer literate. This is a full time position with some flexibility.

Time management is a key aspect to being a successful negotiator with us, as you will be handling at least 50-60 files at all times.  Banking, Mortgage or Loan Processing experience is a plus.  Successful negotiators are excellent communicators that won’t take no for an answer.

Candidates should possess a high level of phone, email, and writing skills to communicate proficiently with both lenders and our internal agent staff. Follow up skills along with a hunger for results are also a must for this role.
