Kyle Smith is an acquisition sales specialist and a licensed Realtor at Green Street Realty. When he decided to get into real-estate after extensive managerial experience in the hospitality industry, Kyle wanted to make sure he was going to work for a "market forward" company - one tuned in to Arizona’s rapidly changing market. For him, the decision to join Green Street Realty was the only choice. As a member of the acquisition team and field specialist, Kyle will go the extra yard to ensure that his clients are served with professionalism and dedication to doing the right thing on their behalf. Born and raised in Spokane, Kyle moved to Phoenix in 1996 to be near family. Along with his wife and young son, he is building a great life in Phoenix and hopes to help others do the same with thier real estate purchases. When not working Kyle can be found on courses all around Arizona competing in disc golf - which he plays at a professional level - He looks forward to helping you acieve your goals - each and every time.
