Michael Simmons is an acquisition sales specialist and a licensed Realtor at Green Street Realty working inside the investment group, Done Deal Solutions. With over 10 years of Real Estate and investment experience, Michael’s expertise tends to be head and shoulders above most agents in the Valley. Hailing from Grand Rapids Michigan, Michael has owned and operated his own real estate consulting firm, helping dozens of homeowners find relief in Michigan’s depressed market.

Michael moved to Phoenix AZ in the winter of 2006 in order to be closer to family. In 2011 he joined the Green Street acquisition team and continued where he left off in Michigan by helping homeowners here in Maricopa County.  Most people will agree that Michael’s knowledge of real estate is vast, but his commitment to getting the best results for his clients is his best professional quality.

Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Michael was a pre-school teacher and a mentor for inner-city children in his home town. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son, playing sports, as well as coaching, and participating in community events.
